B.A. Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour IV

I helped collect and record data in the Evo-Health Lab as part of a research course before completing my undergraduate thesis with Dr. Andrews as my supervisor. My thesis investigated the relationship between depression, coping style, and the self-serving bias, using the ideas of analytical rumination as the basis of inquiry. During my time in the lab I developed my skills in experiment design and statistical analysis, and developed a knowledge base regarding evolution, mental health, and analytical thinking. This will benefit me as I work towards graduate school and a career in counseling.
